What You'll Do: 

Like Gardening? Enjoy working in the outdoors? Want experience working with Adults of varying abilities from around the world? We are looking for people who have some spare time to volunteer with us, who will share our enthusiasm and commitment to provide quality support for adults with a learning disability and enable people to live lives, which are socially connected and full of meaning and purpose. The aim of the Gardening volunteer is to provide support and assistance to our community in all aspects of gardening. This volunteer role is ideal for those who love to garden but don't have a garden of their own. We provide opportunities to learn new skills is the following gardening areas:
• Beds & Borders
• Vegetables
• Soft Fruits
• Biodynamic Growing
• Seed sowing & growing

As a volunteer, you will have the flexibility to work around any existing commitments you may already have by choosing when you volunteer. It is a great way to use your skills, give something back and feel good. Volunteers in this role could benefit from:

• Improved team-working skills.

• Listening & Communication skills • Relationship building skills • Increased confidence in talking to strangers. • Improvement in Mental & Physical Health. • Enhanced career prospects. *Transport essential. Travelling expenses reimbursed.
