AutiSoc
Our mission is to provide students on the Autistic Spectrum with a society that offers great events in a friendly, safe and judgement-free environment. We encourage both ASD students and non-ASD students to get involved with our events as we are passionate about abolishing unfair stigma surrounding people on the spectrum.
ABOUT US:
We were founded in February 2018 and have since gone on to engage a number of ASD students through socials, fundraisers and events. Our objectives for this year include: continuing to organise ASD-friendly social events; aiming to raise at least £100 for The National Autistic Society and working with other communities on campus to diminish unfair stereotypes surrounding ASDs and encourage conversation about the condition.
