To be a centre of excellence delivering specialist palliative care, from the heart of North West Surrey, to people with life-limiting illnesses and support to those important to them. To continually improve by gaining, sharing and applying knowledge. To raise both an awareness of our activities and the funds to deliver them.

ABOUT US:

Dont be fooled we are a Hospice but many of our volunteer vacancies are not medically related

We have a large retail arm and distribution centre as well as Tea Bar at Guildford magistrates court as part of our fundraising

We have roles with regular commitment and much more ad-hoc

WHY OUR WORK MATTERS:

Hospice based end of life care makes such a difference both to the individual and the family around them. We are a charity who are only part funded by the NHS so we rely on the generous donations of time and money by our volunteers and supporters.

All our inpatients have a single en-suite room, families can stay with their loved ones, and the biggest secret is that 70% of our care is in the community helping people to acheive their wish to die at home wherever possible.
