Asylum Seeker Support - Creative Activities

What You'll Do:

Asylum Seeker Support - Creative Activities

Happy Baby Community (HBC) is a community of support for women who are pregnant or have a young child and seeking asylum. HBC runs a face-to-face meeting once a week in Redhill, Surrey. The meetings will be a safe space for the mothers with babies and pregnant mums to access our services, which include perinatal support, children's activities (singing and storytelling), yoga and dance classes, practical support, etc.

This particular role is to run activity sessions for mothers.

We are looking to build up our creative programs. Whether you are an English teacher, makeup artist, keen knitter, craft maker, dance teacher, yoga teacher, or facilitator who would like to run a meditation or well-being session. Whatever your skills and interests, this is the role for you! Volunteers will need to set up and tidy away after each session.

Free parking is available for volunteers.

Only female volunteers.

Please note: all our volunteers are required to complete a volunteer application and attend mandatory training.
